We have just updated the client service detail pages, simple and expanded. The number of days from order received to confirmed filing aka complete benchmark is now displayed. The live service data is also available to the public and consists of our average benchmark, number of cases served and all of the states have served in (but not limited to). |

To improve quality of service, we are now using a new main number. It will not only call the office, but our mobile numbers as well. This number will be monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Welcome to the next release of our process service software. This release has a main focus on usability, security and new services offered. If this is your first time logging into the new release you may need to click on the "connect to my account" link on the right side of your screen. This will authenticate (only needed once!) and access the back-end software. It will then show the menu for your account. The operation of each page has not changed, only the "Desktop" or usability, redesigned from multiple requests from clients and process servers alike. If you have any problems using the software contact MDWestServe (410-656-WEST) ASAP 24/7 to have the issue resolved! |
